A typical scenario for reviewing CONNECT Issues, involves a Review Task in the CT workflow where a user can determine whether or not the displayed CONNECT Issues Resolution issues are valid. As seen in How it Works, each linked CIR Issue can be clicked on in order to view the full details. An exchange via e-mail, instant messaging, etc. would be utilized at this point in order to come to a final agreement on the validity of the CIR issues. Once that happens, the Review Task will be completed and the workflow progressed to the CIR to CT processing task.
